Taraba State Government of Nigeria Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
TSPCACC Taraba State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission

Make a complaint

The Commission receives complaints against public bodies and officers in Taraba State. Set out what happened as fully as you can. You will be given a reference and an access code so you can follow the matter.

1 About you

The Commission needs to know who you are so it can write back to you. You can ask for your identity to be withheld from the body you are complaining about.

The Commission's own officers will still see who you are. If you need to report without the Commission knowing your identity at all, use the whistleblower channel when it opens.

2 The matter

Include dates, amounts and the names of anyone present. The more precise you are, the less the Commission has to write back for.

3 Evidence

Attach anything that supports your account: receipts, letters, photographs, recordings. Up to 5 files, 10MB each.

Documents, spreadsheets, images, audio and video are accepted. Every file is recorded with a fingerprint so it can be shown later that it has not been altered.

4 Confirm and send

Before you send

By submitting this complaint you confirm that what you have written is true to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly making a false accusation against a public officer is itself an offence.

You will be given a reference and an access code on the next screen. The access code is shown once and cannot be recovered. Write it down.
